Well since there will be a wedding soon, and i need to be in a very good shape. For the most part i already am so this is just a personal goal of my mine to lose weight. Anyway i'll be working out for at LEAST an hour.
Nothing much to do with my hair except bun it (remember, its a sew in) :
well, wish me luck! and i think im going to weigh myself today as a starting point of what my goal weight is..
